DAD BOD Brett Sez: This week’s efforts included revisiting Trainer Toby from Spartle to focus a little more on the recuperative benefits of human rolling pins and trigger-balls!?!? Sounds a little painful, but we (thanks Toby) like to call it a little “healthy discomfort” therapy. I’m gunna need a little more practice with this, but I’m confident that Toby knows about as much about body & movement mechanics, as I do computer networks.
