You just need to:

* Be between 30 and 55 with a general level of fitness

* Want to improve by training as part of a Team!

* Maintain your own weekly plan and attend One Skills  Session per week with SPARTLE trainer Toby Vann and

* One DAD BOD DEMO Session at an outside gym or club.

These Sessions could include:

Rock Climbing, Dragon Boat Racing, even Pole Dancing!

To gain the strength and skills to take on NIGHT ATTACK!
